Do I need to be there at home when you empty my Septic Tank?
Answer: Not Necessarily, but it is easier for us.
Do I need to be at home for Un-Blocking my Drain?
Answer: Yes as we will need you to Flush the toilets to help check it is clear.
How soon can you empty my septic tank?
Answer: We will do our best to get to you within a couple of days but at very busy times it may take longer.
We have a really narrow / steep drive - will the lorry fit?
Answer: We have a small 7.5 ton vehicle just for narrow and confined access.
How do I pay you?
Answer: You can pay the driver by cash or cheque or I can invoice you and you can pay into our bank account by BACS
What paperwork am I given?
Answer: Once the tank has been emptied you will be given a 'Duty of Care - Waste Transfer Note' This is your confirmation that the tank has been emptied and responsibility for the waste has passed from yourselves to us. You should keep this for at least two years.
I am buying a house and my surveyor suggested the drains be checked?
Answer: We can do a CCTV survey of the drains. We put a CCTV camera down the drains and this will show us the condition of the drains. We put the recordings on a DVD and create a written report on our findings for you.
We have a crack in our drain - Do we have to dig up the garden?
Answer: Not necessarily - we can repair drains by using an inflatable patch resin repair system. This is not suitable in every case - please get in touch an we can arrange to come out to the property and advise you.
